SOILCRATES has selected the first wave of farm-based pilot projects supported through its Financial Support to Third Parties (FSTP) programme, advancing practical soil health innovation across Europe. Projects have been chosen in France, Ireland, the Netherlands and Spain and will be implemented within the project’s four Living Labs.
These pilots focus on testing and adapting soil management practices in real farming conditions, supporting locally driven solutions to soil health challenges in agricultural and rural contexts. Selected projects will receive financial support to run over the coming months.
This marks the first round of selections under the €1.6 million FSTP scheme, with additional rounds foreseen as the project progresses.
