2 December 2025 – Loja, Granada, Spain

The fourth co-creation session of the Granada Tierra Viva Living Lab was held on 2 December 2025 in Loja, Granada, as part of the II Impronta Granada meeting. This session represented a key consolidation point in the participatory process developed within the SOILCRATES project, following several months of dialogue, idea development, and proposal refinement.

The session brought together researchers from the University of Granada, local stakeholders, and representatives from different sectors involved in soil management and territorial development. Its primary objective was to review the progress made throughout the Living Lab co-creation cycle and to strengthen coordination among stakeholders preparing to implement pilot actions supported by SOILCRATES.

Participants revisited the priorities identified in earlier co-creation sessions and reflected collectively on lessons learned during the proposal development phase. Structured discussions focused on implementation readiness, stakeholder roles, and long-term sustainability of the proposed actions beyond the project timeframe. The Living Lab methodology was reaffirmed as a flexible and adaptive framework capable of evolving alongside territorial needs.

Holding the session within the broader Impronta Granada meeting allowed for cross-fertilisation with other innovation and sustainability initiatives in the province, while maintaining a clear focus on SOILCRATES objectives. The session reinforced trust among participants and strengthened the sense of shared ownership over the Living Lab process.

This fourth co-creation session marked the transition from planning to implementation, consolidating the Granada Tierra Viva Living Lab as a stable platform for collaborative experimentation on soil health and sustainable land management.
