Two side-by-side trials to improve soil structure, soil biodiversity and soil resilience through applications of a) a solid amendment – a commercially available biocomplete compost inoculated with EM1 (a blend of 80 different microbes); and b) a liquid microbial biostimulant in the form of a compost tea made from the same biocomplete compost. By using different inputs, it is hoped to be able to assess which is the most effective, as well as which are is easier to apply as well as being the most appropriate for use in the farming routine.
